Whether your company needs to expand a factory, construct a new building, acquire a company, do infrastructure construction or undertake a housing development, our project financing is available to you.

Traditional lenders have their minimum requirements. If your project does not fit, you are quickly turned down.

We offer a blend of lenders and investors capable of financing small and large projects. If a project “makes sense”, financing can be structured to make your project a reality.

Interest rates vary amongst investors. In general it will be LIBOR+ or U. S. Prime+.
